Elisabeth’s passion for art saw her attend the Forrestfield TAFE for Art Studies in the late 70’s, and then moved on to a Fine Arts degree at both Edith Cowan University and Curtin University in the 1990’s. Elisabeth started to get involved in multicultural art events, and had her first solo exhibition in 1997 through the City of Gosnells. She then participated in group cultural events, exhibiting paintings in places like Kulcha in Fremantle.
In early 2000, Elisabeth began curating and judging for fundraising events, charity groups and then Aboriginal Art Awards and community groups. By 2009 Elisabeth ’s work was in a range of coporate collections and in the Curtin University collection. She continues to be a curator and judge for prominent Perth art awards, while still continuing to develop her professional art career through Martin Studios in Perth.
