Description
Brett Whiteley travelled to London in 1960 to get his art seen by a European audience early in his art career. He was the youngest artist to have work purchased by the Tate Modern.
This silkscreen was chosen much later in his career to be the cover of the 2nd Hozumi Momota Art Award And Japanese Australian Festival in Sydney Square in London, 1980. A limited number of these prints were made for the event, and they are all printed with his signature on them.
